Día del Niño, or Children’s Day, is a beloved holiday celebrated across Latin America that puts the spotlight on children and the importance of nurturing their development, joy, and who they are as people.

At schools and in neighborhoods across Mexico, children are honored with games, music, activities, and even special meals or treats. It’s a day to put down the devices, take a break from the grown-up stress, and see the world through the eyes of a child again.

Whether you're dining in, taking out, or turning your home into fiesta central, here are some fun ways to make Lil’ Burros Day a memorable one:

Empower your little ones to be the decision-makers! Have them pick which combo item to pair with their discounted Kids Meal, or even let them “review” the sauce options at the table. Bonus points if they wear Nacho Ears while doing it.
